The most common question I receive is: “Nikki how do I get started in buying a property in Italy?” and on the surface the process may seem simple, but without the right advice, knowledge and experience, it can turn into a very complicated and costly process.

I’ve worked in property investing and holiday rentals for nearly a decade and I’ve pretty much seen it all- property scams, dodgy sellers, illegal construction and straight up fraud. Thankfully these things can be avoided and I’m here to help navigate you through the process in achieving your Italian property dream!

You can use our secure checkout to pay for your consultation and my team will then send you a pre-consultation email including a questionnaire to help me better understand your situation and requirements to ensure I offer you the maximum value during our time together.ย 

We’ll use Zoom for our virtual online meeting. My team will send you a link to a Zoom meeting room prior to our meeting.

You will need a device with at least a microphone and speakers, though ideally you will also have a webcam so we can see eachother during our meeting.

If you’re new to Zoom, please read this article on how to join a Zoom meeting ahead of time so that your 90 minutes are focused on buying property in Italy and not trying to make Zoom work for you.

As I’m based in Puglia in southern Italy,ย  I’m in the Central European Time/Central European Summer Time timezone, which is one and two hours (respectively) ahead of GMT/UTC time.

You can use this timezone converter to work out the best time to book a consultation.

I make myself available for consutations between 10am and 1pm and also between 3pm and 6pm.

If you really can’t be available for a consultation during those hours, please send me a message and I’ll see if it’s possible to make alternative arrangements with you. Please note that there may be a surcharge payable for alternative times.

While fees are non-refundable, I know that sometimes life gets in the way of the best laid plans. You can reschedule for free up to 60 minutes before your scheduled consultation. Just send an email to the address provided in your pre-consulation email. For missed appointments or if you need to reschedule again, there is a nominal fee to cover the associated costs.

I offer a fully bespoke One-to-One service for clients actively looking to buy a property in Italy. The fee you pay for your consultation is 100% deductible when you sign up to work with me on a One-to-One basis. You can learn more about this service at my Italy Property Consulting site.

Along with your pre-consultation email, you’ll be sent a questionnaire that I ask you to fill in. By answering those questions, you’ll help me to best prepare to ensure I provide you with the most valuable consultation possible.
